The complex includes a chapel, brewery, carriage house, roofless barn and large parking area. Further development of the complex is planned, with a subsequent sale to a strategic investor at a pre-determined price anticipated. This will deliver a fixed appreciation to the fund in line with its long-term revenue objective.
